It’s happening!! 🎈So excited to share that my It’s happening!! 🎈So excited to share that my online store is reopening this summer on JUNETEENTH 🫶🏾 I closed the shop last year to focus more on my mental health, and what followed was a year of healing, growth, and major life transitions that have opened the door to a fun & beautiful new season of life! ☀️ I’ve done a full rebrand (shoutout to @oliviaherrickdesign for always being the best design partner), joined forces with an amazing local fulfillment center (because y’all always sell me out & I can’t be packing all those orders 😂) and I’ll be launching a brand new website on June 19th with art & products you already love PLUS a brand new collection!!! The new online shop opens up Juneteenth BUT the party will kick off a few days earlier in Nashville with me doing pop-up markets at @porterflea June 16-17 and @juneteenth615 (in collaboration with @thenashvilleblackmarket) on June 19! So basically we’ll party all weekend long!! 🎉 I’m so excited y’all!! I’ve been working hard on this and can’t wait to share it all with you. What are you hoping comes back to the shop?

Ya girl is 28 today!! There’s a lot to celebrate Ya girl is 28 today!! There’s a lot to celebrate! 🎈🪩 What a difference a year makes! Between then and now, I’ve closed a shop, moved to Nashville, got married, wrote a book, and so much more!!!! I’m feeling so healed & free. Speaking of the book, TODAY we officially wrapped it up and sent it to print. What amazing timing 🥹 “A Heart on Fire” is a book that burned-out & disappointed Dani could’ve used a year ago. It’s filled with hope, tons of new art, practical everyday tips on advocacy, comforting words, and a whole lot of sharp truths about living a life of justice & good work. I’d hand it to someone at the starting line, someone who’s been doing this work for years, and the everyday advocate just trying to make it through another day. ❤️‍🔥 ANYWAYS, the time will come where we’ll really get to celebrate this book (and the lovely matching 2024 calendars that’ll come out soon too!! EEK!! I know y’all been asking!!) but until then, I just wanna say thank you for being here supporting me in every season. Pre-orders mean the WORLD for first-time authors (I have a link in my bio) and I’m so grateful for every single one!!
