It’s back-to-school season, y’all! I have absolutely LOVED watching teachers prep their classrooms for their next round of students. The bulletin boards, door decor, reading corners… I’m living for all of it!
One thing that jumped out at me while scrolling through #TeacherTok was the “Affirmation Station.” You print out tons of affirming and encouraging “I Am” statements and place them around a mirror, giving students the chance to speak life over themselves during the school day. The moment I saw the idea, I wanted in on it. Thus, the Changemaker Affirmations were born.
